Under the Public Information Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 552, you and others are given the right to access government records…no questions asked! Because you are a resident of Pecan Grove MUD, and PGMUD is a governmental entity, this and possibly other information about you may be provided to those who ask.
But there’s a way to keep certain information confidential. Call the PGMUD operator, Si Environmental, LLC, at (281) 238-5000 and ask for your personal information to be kept confidential. If and when PGMUD receives a request for records, your personal information will be withheld.
