Plantation Place Update

The water on FM 359 has receded enough for the entrance to Plantation Place to be passable. We are still pumping water out at the Sonic on FM 359, so do not try to pass in a low car. You may need to drive through the Pecan Grove Baptist church parking lot, but you can get in and out of Plantation Place.

Also, the water in Pecan Grove remains safe to drink.

Clarification of FBCOEM Recent Post

To clarify Fort Bend County’s recent post on fbcoem.org that the mandatory evacuation had been changed to voluntary for PORTIONS of Pecan Grove, we want to make sure people know Plantation place is still NOT accessible as the entrance off FM 359 is still under water. When FM 359 water recedes from that intersection, Plantation Place will be changed to voluntary.  We apologize for the confusion caused by the county’s post.

Special Session Scheduled
