Did you know that your personal information could be given to anyone who requests it? Under the Public Information Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 552, you and others are given the right to access government records…no questions asked! Because you are a resident of Pecan Grove MUD, and PGMUD is a governmental entity, this and possibly other information about you may be provided to those who ask.

But there’s a way to keep certain information confidential. Call the PGMUD operator, Environmental Development Partners, L.L.C. at 832-467-1599 and ask for your personal information to be kept confidential. If and when PGMUD receives a request for records, your personal information will be withheld.
